Timberbark Creations is a small business based in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada, specializing in custom laser-engraved gifts and décor. Every item is made with care and attention to detail.

2. Custom Orders

  • Each product is made to order, based on the details you provide.

  • Please double-check all spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order — we engrave exactly as written.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Because wood and other natural materials vary, each piece may look slightly different — that’s part of its unique character.

3. Payments

Full payment is required at checkout.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options shown on our site.

4. Shipping

  • We ship using trusted carriers within Canada.

  • Delivery times vary by location.

  • Once your package leaves our workshop, we are not responsible for postal or courier delays.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help make it right.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom and personalized, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and product descriptions on this website belong to Timberbark Creations. You may not copy or use them without permission.
