Refunds & Returns

Because each item is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

At Timberbark Creations, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect personalization once production has started.

1. Custom and Personalized Items
  • All sales of engraved or customized products are final.

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, and any design details before confirming your order.

  • We engrave exactly as approved or submitted by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@timberbarkcreations.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a partial refund depending on the situation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once engraving starts, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

5. Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. However, we are not responsible for delays or errors made by the shipping carrier.
